1) Return window

3) Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless faulty or incorrect):

Intimates/lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings, and any item marked Final Sale.

4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
